Where is ArcadeX available?
ArcadeX is live with game rooms in Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio, and is sold to independent and small-chain operators across the US. Each store runs on its own local time zone for shift closes, reports, and alert digests. Plans start at $199 per location per month, and the Match System hardware is quoted per floor. In any of these five states the one-week test is free, and the first month of Premium is free when you buy the Match System.

Texas
Live across the state. Stores run on Central time (or Mountain time out west), and players can use the English or Spanish screen with text-to-speech. Palm check-in starts with a consent screen, which matters under Texas biometric law (CUBI).
North Carolina
Live, on Eastern time. Owners with rooms in both Carolinas see every store side by side in one consolidated report with a group total.
South Carolina
Live, on Eastern time. Payout alerts and an optional daily digest an hour before closing reach the owner wherever they are.
Georgia
Live, on Eastern time. Every match is receipted and every payout logged against a machine and a shift, so the close is a record rather than a recollection.
Ohio
Live, on Eastern time. If the internet drops, the Match System queues entries and syncs later, so the counter never stops.
