The Match System keeps working. Entries are queued on the unit and sync when the connection comes back, so a dropped connection does not stop the counter.
Do I have to replace my game machines?
No. ArcadeX runs beside the machines you already have. Readings come in automatically where an integration has been built; otherwise staff enter them by hand or from a photo, and AI flags readings that do not line up.
How much does an ArcadeX Match System cost?
Software is $199 per location per month on Basic and $249 per location per month on Premium. The Match System comes with Premium and Enterprise, not Basic. Premium covers up to 50 stores, with up to 15% off every Premium store for groups. A one-week test costs nothing, and the first month of Premium is free when you buy the Match System. Hardware is quoted for your floor.
